Privacy notice

Your data, plainly.

What we store: Your email address and the name you give us. If an admin records a gift you made by bank transfer, we store its amount, date, reference and the initiative it went to, matched to your email.
Why we store it: To sign you in, to show you your own gifts and what they helped fund, and, only if you opt in, to email you project updates. We never sell or share your details.
Who can see it: Only you and the Her Dignity team. Other supporters never see your name, email or gifts. Totals on the dashboard are anonymous.
The girls we support: We never publish the names, photos or personal details of the girls we support. Schools are shown under anonymised labels.
Where it's kept: Data is stored with Supabase in the European Union (Ireland), encrypted in transit and at rest.
Your choices: You can change your name and email preferences, or delete your account, at any time from the Account page. Gift records are kept for accountability and legal reasons; email us if you'd like yours anonymised.
